I’ve been having ongoing problems with corruption in my iPhoto library. I was up to about 14,000 photos which is well below the 250,000 image limit. Problems included locking up while importing photos and crashes when emptying the trash. I’d do the typical iPhoto and disk repairs. They might help for a short while but then the problem would return. In short, the problems never got resolved. AOL My eAddress Update
In my original entry about AOL My eAddress I mentioned that it crashed both Firefox and Safari on my Mac Mini. Both Firefox and Safari work fine with the web mail on my iMac. The problem continues on my Mac Mini. It’s probably specific to my Mac Mini but at sometime in the future I’ll be rebuilding the Mini and I’ll try again. 24? iMac Joins the Quest
A brand spanking new 24″ iMac is replacing my Mac Mini as my primary PC. First impression is Oooooeeeee! At 24″ (wide screen) the screen is almost big enough to replace the TV in the living room. In typical Apple fashion setup was easy and there was a clear path from delivery to up and running.
