Skype Skips Out

Skype, the popular VOIP service is currently down and the outage may last for a day. If you’re in Skype stay in, as the problem appears to be related to authentication.
Update (8/20): Skype says the outage was due to Microsoft Patch Tuesday, and a bug in their algorithm.

PC Buyers Less Satisfied

CNet’s news.com is reporting that a survey of consumers shows we’re less satisfied with PC makers. Apple still tops the satisfaction list but their overall rating was down 5% from last year. Hewlett-Packard’s HP brand was up 1% over last year but their Compaq brand was rated the worst brand although their rating of 73 [...]
