VMware as released VMware Fusion 1.1 VM software for the Mac. The software now fully supports Leopard. Additional new OS support includes 32 and 64-bit Vista along with 64-bit Windows XP. There’s over two dozen improvements and fixes listed in the release notes.

Apple has released the 10.4.11 update for Tiger. It includes Safari 3 (no longer beta), additional camera Raw support and numerous other updates. In a departure, it has incredibly complete release notes. Since I upgraded everything to leopard I won’t be trying this one out. It’s available through Software update or as standlone downloads.

FileMaker, the Apple subsidiary that has a database app by the same name, has released a preview of Bento, which it bills as a personal database.
