BlueHost Customer Service

I had more first experience with BlueHost customer service over the weekend and it was an excellent experience. They’d recently been advertising “unlimited domains”. My control panel still showed the old limit of domains and when I tried to add a sixth I received and error that I’d reached the limit. So I opened a ticket with tech support through the web and five minutes later I received an email that my account was upgraded although it may take up to two hours to show up. HP: Industry Follower and Proud of It

I came across this article on Slashdot recently. It’s about HP not honoring it’s warranty for a PC because the woman was running Linux on it. I’m not talking about switching to satellite to save money to get the same stuff, I talking about dropping the whole concept. This was driven by three main events. First, I’ve been getting more and more of my entertainment from my PC and the internet. This includes content on my iPod which I can take almost anywhere. I’ve also been watching DVDs on my computer while I do other [...] Read the rest »
